Our dual axis joystick is extremely simple to connect to an Arduino or Raspberry Pi. There is also an additional ‘Fire’ button by pressing the joystick button down. The X & Y axis produce a 0 -to supply voltage (5 volt or 3.3 volt) output depending on the position of the joystick. The ‘Fire’ button produces a digital low or high signal (0 volt or 3.3/5V volt). The output signals can be connected directly to an Arduino or Raspberry Pi. Supplied with a 5 way ribbon cable for easy connection.
This module is absolutely ideal for controlling servo motors (via an Arduino) in robotic applications.
