Delivery

1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the entire U.K including Jersey, Gurnsey, Isle of Wite and Isle of Mann

2. Are there any locations in the U.K. that you do not deliver to?
No

3. When can I expect my delivery?
Our order are dispatched by Royal Mail using 1st class and 48 hour delivery. Please note that we dispatch all orders received before 1pm on the (working) day received but we cannot be responsible for Royal Mail failing to meet their stated delivery times. Particularly during peak periods (such as Christmas) which can take up to 14 days.

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from microminiatures.co.uk you may return it to us. We will give you a full refund below less any carriage costs but subject to the conditions below.

  1. The goods are unopened and in their original condition
  2. All parts including leads are returned
  3. The goods are returned within 30 days

2. How do I return an item
Please return your order including your invoice to us by a method which requires a signature and retain proof of posting. We will not be responsible for any returns which do not arrive. It will be your responsibility to contact your courier for compensation should the goods not arrive.

All goods will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Should they be found to be damaged, opened or not in the original packaging or with parts missing then we may reduce the level of refund.

Please note that from the date that we receive your return, refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account. Please contact your bank directly for further details.

3. Have you received my returned item?
You will receive a telephone call once your return item has been received at our warehouse.

4. My Micro Miniature order has arrived and is faulty, what should I do?
