1. Where do you deliver?
The Micro Miniatures store currently ships to addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isles of Man, Scilly & Wight and BFPO (British forces post boxes).

2. Are there any locations that you do not deliver to?
Unfortunately we do not deliver to the following postcodes:
AB30 – AB40, AB44 – AB57, CA19 – CA23, CA6, CA8, CA9, DG3 – DG9, DG13, DG14, FK8, FK17 – FK21, HS1 – HS9, IV13, IV21 – IV28, IV40 – IV49, IV51 – IV56, IV63, KA27, KA28, KW1, KW10 – KW17, KW2, KW3, KW5 – KW9, LD1 -LD4, LD6, NE18, NE47, NE48, NE61, NE65, NE66, NE67, NE68, NE69, NE70, NE71, PA20 – PA49, PA60, PA61, PA62-78, PH17 – PH50, SA32, SA33, SA34, SA5, SA19, SY25, YO21, YO22, ZE1, ZE2, ZE3.
Please note we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isles of Man, Scilly & Wight and BFPO (British forces post boxes).

3. When can I expect my delivery?
Delivery can take up to 14 days.

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from microminiatures.co.uk, please send it back to us. You can return any item purchased from microminiatures.co.uk within 30 days of receipt for a refund excluding shipping costs.

All goods will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

2. Instructions for free returns
If you decide to return your product for a refund follow these steps to organise your free return:
1. Please fill out the return form included in your parcel. Fill in the reference number(s) of the items you wish to return and select a reason for the return. Please be aware that if you do not include your return form in the parcel then your refund will be delayed as this information is vital for a refund to be processed.
2. Contact our Micro Miniatures Customer Care Team to arrange a free return:

Please have the following information to hand:

• Order number
• Items to be returned
• Reason for the return

If you wish to place another order for an alternative product, please tell the Customer Care agent who will email you a FREE shipping code for your new order.
3. You will receive an email from sales@microminiatures.co.uk confirming the return instructions and your prepaid return label.
4. Pack your return and remember to include this return form in your parcel. Please be aware that if you do not include your return form in the parcel your refund will be delayed as this information is vital for a refund to be processed.
5. Please drop your parcel off at the nearest post office. You will not have to pay for postage when using our free returns process. Please keep the proof of postage.
6. We will process your return as quickly as possible and refund the price you purchased your item for. Please note that from the date that we receive your return, refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account. Please contact your bank directly for further details.

3. Have you received my returned item?
You will receive a telephone call once your return item has been received at our warehouse.

4. My Micro Miniature order has arrived and is faulty, what should I do?
