The extension indicator provides a simple method of remotely viewing the status of the MK-005 programming indicators. This is especially useful when the main board is housed at the back of a dolls house or inbuilt into an outbuilding of a model railway layout or is otherwise out of sight. The indicator extension board provides a method of easily programming the unit when the main board is out of sight.
The extension board simply plugs into the MK-005, the internal software detects the presence of the extension board and alters the way the current programming statuses are displayed.
